Refund policy

Every print is made to order, so I can't accept returns for a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@pixelsofreality.ca within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. I'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the damaged print back.

Signed works: same terms, but please contact me within 7 days of delivery and keep the packaging, since I may need it for a shipping claim.
